This is some of the best sushi I've had outside of Hawaii. It is definitely worth the trip off of the strip, as the quality is at least as good (if not better), and the price is half of what you'd pay in the tourist traps.
If you're a sushi purist, make sure to let the sushi chef know, as you may find some of your nigiri covered in light sauces. My dinner partner was not thrilled with this, but I thought the sauce complimented the taste of the fish. Personal preference, I guess.
