  • I will never come here ever ever ever again . We waited for 2 hours before getting asked for drinks and they definitely don't know anything about customer service . They need to get retrained all over again . The waitress was very disrespectful and the manager acts like she could care less . GET YOUR STORE IN ORDER & they have attitudes because we asked for what we WANT & NEED . The customer is always first like get it together . Never again , they don't care what they do nor care bout customers. WORST APPLEBEES IN CHARLOTTE!!!!
