  • I recently had 2 sensors on my car repaired at Moon Township Honda. Every employee I encountered was mean, rude, and demeaning. They threw in extra fees, extra time charges for labor, and did not even try to treat me like a human being. In-particular, Steve was arrogant and rude to me and my family members. Every question I politely asked he gave me a short answer and acted annoyed that I was even inquiring about the repairs. I have to wonder if this man has a daughter or son who he would like treated how he treats his customers. I HIGHLY suggest that you NEVER take your car to this place or buy a car from the dealer. I would rather pay double and go somewhere in which the employees have the slightest bit of compassion.
