  • This property company is absolutely terrible. Instead of addressing property issues they make excuses. They are irresponsible, have no professionalism and are amazingly unresponsive. I am incredibly surprised that Brown and Glenn are in business. The word needs to be spread around Charlotte, never use this company....unless you like abysmal service, an unmatched level of chronically bad services, and dealing with people who quite frankly don't care.
