  • We wanted to see a specific doctor here recommended by a friend, but were told because we did not have an eye disease that we had to see Karlee Bowers, the optometrist. She was a complete nightmare. She saw 2 of my teenage children and couldn't have been more rude to them or to me. Our questions were a horrible inconvenience for her. Clearly this princess doesn't realize she's in the service industry. When we complained to the office manager, we were told we were not the first to voice our dissatisfaction with Karlee Bowers... And yet she continues to be employed here. Take your money elsewhere.
