  • They were prompt at giving me a bid and said they could do a job for me for 325-425 depending on what they saw when they opened up the wall. After coming out three times to verify what they saw, they tripled the cost and asked for a deposit to get a specific tool. After paying a deposit, he called me an hour after he was suppose to start and said they now needed a permit. I fired him immediately and he said I would have my deposit back immediately. 4 weeks later I have no money back and empty promise text messages from James the owner. He is a liar and a theif.
