  • I love Dr. Berelowitz - his nurse practitioner is a very nice and knowledgeable person. He is in high demand so you have to plan in advance to get an appointment. With that aside - his support staff in the office are absolutely awful. Getting a call back or, response on a refill is impossible. One nurse/assistant told me that if I can't reach them (I.e., get a call back) that I'm welcome to stop by the office.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I live almost an hour away from his office. I drive the distance because HE is worth it. Why should I drive to the office just because they've decided they're not going to return a call?! I wonder if Dr. Berelowitz ever reads these reports. I've been a patient for many years and his staff has never improved. If they were 1/4 as good as he is I would be satisfied. Dr. Berelowitz and his nurse practitioner get 5 stars. His staff 0.
