  • Not the pointe hotel of yester years. Front desk personnel inept, refers every question to Consigner who is not very competent either. No signage on building exterior to show elevator, ice machine out of service and no free wifi......really ! Day 2 no housekeeping at 3pm and ice machine still out of order ! Only plus is the bed/pillows are very comfortable and there is a coffee maker in the room. Still a big disappointment for the $$$$
