  • Booked a hotel here thinking it would be a nice hotel , read one of the booking sites that there was complimentary WiFi in room. They allowed us to check in an hour early which was perfect because we had to drive out to saluda before 4. We left amd came back later that night to a leaking toilet, had difficult time flushing it. Called room service, front desk, guest services and the other options on the hotel phone and no answer on any of the lines. Had to go downstairs to get help. There is also a $20 parking fee.
