Well it seems as if we are having some of the same difficulties as other customers are having. Rodney was great when he came out to measure and discuss our needs. Once we agreed to purchase everything seemed to be going smoothly. Once installation started is when problems started to happen. Certain cabinets were not measured correctly, reason being is Rodney assumed we were removing $1500.00 dollars of back splash. Once we got that all figured out, installation started again only to come across more cabinets that didn't fit correctly. We have finally come to the end of installation, now it's a night mare trying to get Rodney to have someone come out to do repairs. We email him, texted him, call him, if he answers he gives us the " I'm waiting for my installer to tell me when he is available. Doesn't seem that customer service is real big priority for this company. We will give it about another week before we contact the registrars of contractors which my wife used to work for, for many years. And since the previous Director has now become an attorney and is a personal friend we will make contact with him also. All we are asking for is that the repairs be made and we move on.
