  • Lovely arrangements but very poor quality. Two years ago, I ordered a spring arrangement, which was dead within 36 hours. I emailed the store and they processed a refund promptly. More recently, I received a lovely orchid arrangement that was supposed to last for quite some time (as new buds continued to open); however, most of the buds shriveled up and fell off within a couple of days. Again the store processed a refund very promptly. I give a couple of stars for customer service, and prompt delivery times (both arrangements were received before 10am on the delivery date), but will not be ordering from Charlotte's Web again.
