  • I applied for an appointment via website over the holidays, and they emailed me back the next business day. I remember I had to call 5 minutes before my appointment to let them know I would be 10 minutes late, and they were totally cool with that. Dr. Heeney was not at all intimidating like most doctors are. She wore the cutest blue and red dress, and had funky gold and blue glasses to match the look. My appointment felt like a very casual meeting with friends. Their response time is great, the optometry is clean and modern, and staff + doctor are super friendly! I'll be recommending all my friends to get their eyes checked here from now on :)
