  • Very disappointed with a delay over 2 hours for an oil change, even with an appointment. Also, I receive a discount with my company but the salesperson didn't acknowledge it and when I asked about it they admitted they didn't understand. Rather than trying to help he was very dismissive and interested in getting me to pay full price.
