  • I very much love Vietnamese food, but I would not recommend eating at Luo's. The simple dishes could have been a staple due to the convenience. However, I have had terrible encounters with staff at the counter here! Once, the cashier was so rude that I was almost in tears. I tried to come back later. Next time, the cashier was visibly sick with what looked like the flu! Luo's, please rethink your front staff if you want to retain customers. :(
