  • As soon as you walk in this store the stinch begins! This store is super dirty and the shoe department is s joke! The place is turned upside-down and needs seriously cleaning. The employees act like zombies no one knows nothing. Jcpenny has no internet service in store and the wi-fi is also a sad joke! Never going back.
