  • Went in to have my battery replaced proactively using their sale/special $109 installed group 24 battery. I did not have an appointment as I was originally there to purchase maintenance parts (oil drain crush washers, etc). I was planning to only make an appointment to get the battery installed at some point later in the week. I wandered into the service area and I walked up to Billy G's desk. He immediately asked how he could help me and I explained my request. He dropped what he was doing and got me in for a battery replacement on the spot. He stated that they would test the battery and if it failed, he would replace it free of charge as the warranty from my original replacement a few years back was still good. To my surprise, the battery was replaced at no cost to me. Thanks to Billy G for the great service, keeping me updated on the status during my hour wait and thanks for the all-around great customer service. I did appreciate your support today. By the way, if you are in the market for a new car battery for your Toyota (group 24 type battery), check out Big Two on Gilbert Road. I called Autonation Tempe Toyota and Camelback Toyota and they were both far more expensive than Big Two.
