had a bad experience in this shop, so be careful. When we got back to the hotel we found one item was not in the bag with other items. We had spent $350, so had a number of items. Returned to shop who refused to believe us. the store allegedly did an inventory check and claimed we had the item. We continued to argue our case and was told to come back much later when the manager would be present. Inconvenience was not in it. When we arrive back no manager to be seen but they admitted that the error was theirs. This is NOT good customer service. My niece who had bought the sweatshirt was in tears. She is such a big fan and it totally ruined her day. We had a Luke warm apology but certainly no compensation. Experiences like this do make you think.
