  • I only used this bank for a credit card, but the customer service and account services have been the worst I could imagine. Simple things that my other cards allow me to do, this one doesn't. For example, if you have to replace your card for any reason, you totally lose all access to all previous statements. If you need any info about that card afterwards, too bad. It's so frustrating.
