  • Having eaten here three seperate times, I think it's say that I gave this place a fair shot. The food is awful- on my last visit I started with the beer cheese soup, recommended highly by my server. I came out tasteless, with peppers, onions and bacon in it (none of which were ever mentioned in the description). I've had beer cheese soup all over the country and this never came close to any other cup I've had. Secondly, I ordered the Prime Rib Balboa, Blackfinn's version of the French Dip. Again, no flavor..its as if they lack spices in the kitchen. The meat was dry, the au jus had no taste.
