  • I was referred here due to being in an automobile accident. First, it took them over 3 hours for me to actually talk to the Dr and when I did it was about a 10min visit. That concluded with not really helping me out. With that experience I did not schedule a follow up appointment with them. I kept in contact with their billing department every month because this was for an automobile accident and was waiting to work things out with insurance. They were the only medical place that would not work with me about this situation and sent me to collections adding on extra fees. It's already tough when you are in an accident but to have them not have any empathy from start to finish is not good service to me. Update: After writing this review, Dr Bergman reach out to find out about my experience. Though he is not the physician I saw at this clinic I appreciate his follow up to find out what had gone wrong. He was the only one during this whole experience to question the situation and for that I bumped up the review.
