  • This place overall doesn't seem to have their act together. I requested an appointment online (as I was told to do) on a Thursday didn't hear back so I called Friday afternoon and there was no answer. I get an email Monday morning saying that my appointment was that afternoon at 3! luckily I went into work Early that day otherwise I wouldn't have made it! Then I see Dr. Imani who is very friendly and get labs done first thing Tuesday morning, I was told it would take 2-3 days to get results and she would get me a prescription based off of that. It is now a week later, I had to call them, and they tell me the results haven't been given to the doctor yet seriously guys, wtf. I don't blame the doctors for any of this, I blame the front desk people...need better office staff stat!
