TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND EMPLOYEES. BEWARE THEY WILL SCRATCH YOUR WHEELS, TIRES, AND CAR...................
If I could give negative stars I would. This place has the worst employees I have ever dealt with. I went to the Tire Works on Badura Ave. to get my 4 wheel alignment and they told me my control arms are bent and I can pay more to find out what else can be done. considering my car was brand new and the only thing that changed was I bought new wheels and tires. I asked for a print out of the work they did. They could not produce the printout. Magically their printer was broken. Since I had paid I called corporate and told them about my issue. A woman named Jasmine handled the call and allowed me to go the Blue Diamond location to have the work redone. I went there and they performed a 4 wheel alignment and they told me it was way off. I was happy and thought problem solved. Must have just been a fluke. I get in my car and drive away and my car is pulling worse then ever. I took it back. They said it was my wheels and tires. They said they are not balanced. I had them re-balance the work I just had completed at Discount Tire the previous day. Discount Tire mounted my Wheels and Tires I bought from another source. They took my car back again and took my wheels off and balanced them. Supposed to be fixed now. Happy once again that this is over. I get in my car and drive away. Guess what. now they are vibrating worse than before and the alignment is still off. I go back again. Tell them of the issue and I am told immediately my tires are bad and defective. They take my car back again and take all the wheels off AGAIN and balance them strip off the adhesive leaving white sticker crap on my brand new wheels. I am hovering all the time and reminding them please don't scratch my new wheels. Please be careful. I avoided scratches the whole time. After showing me the machine in the back and how the wheels did not balance I was like OK, can I put the old tires on? I have my old tires. He said we would do that but not today we are closing. I come back the next day and the manager that said he would do this was off and the guy "assistant manager" was there and he said he couldn't do that. I explained the whole situation again for the 5th time. He finally agrees since Mark the manager had said he would do it. He said I would have to leave the car and come back later. I agreed. I figured they would be careful and I didn't need to hover again. Damn was I wrong. I got my car back and every damn wheel was scratched and damaged. My tires had cuts in them from what I imagine is someone did this as fast as they possibly could. I came to pick up my car and immediately saw the scratched wheels. I walked the car pointing out all the scratches and I was so upset. I came all this was without one scratch because I was so insistent for them to be careful. This jerk, "some puffy little foreign asshole from Denmark or something: then turns to me and says. "look pal, I know what you're trying to pull and it's not going to fly" I looked at him with the most disbelief ever and said, "what"? I just bought these wheels and tires. How would I get these scratches. You guys did this. He then told me that those scratches were there already. I called Jasmine again and she was going to help me. She asked me to send in pictures of the scratches. I said I just bought them and I have pictures of them just before and after. I emailed her and then she never responded to my emails or phone calls anymore. If I was you I would NEVER go to Tire Works. These guys do not care about your car our how hard we work to pay for nice things. They are all just interested in finishing the job and leaving. Getting a check. I promise you if you take your nice car there and expect to get good service and nice wheels and tires you will be sadly mistaken. I have never in my life been told I was trying to pull something from a manager before. I was so embarrassed and insulted. Now I have brand new wheels and tires with scratches all over them. I will have to pay 80 dollars a wheel to have them powder coated. I don't know what else to do. I guess live and learn. I hope you learn from my mistake and don't go to Tire Works. I did however take my car back to discount tire and they managed to balance the wheels again and they removed all the adhesive Tire Works left behind and painted the weights black to match my wheels so it looked good. Did I mention that when the swapped the tires they didn't balance them again. I left that out after being so upset about the scratches. They didn't even balance them again. Discount Tire really made good. I will forever go to Discount Tire now. They treat you with respect and do a superior job over Discount Tire.
