Very unfortunate experience. Decided to eat here with my girlfriend and her mother. We sat at the bar for convenience and my girlfriend left for a few minutes to use the restroom. During that time, a show just got out and I was helping her mother read through the menu. When my girlfriend returned, she yelled "Where's my purse!" Yep, someone grabbed it right off the back of her chair. We reported the incident to no resolution, but found out a few interesting facts.
There are several cameras in the bar, but they are all pointed at the registers. The cameras overhead around the theater area are only to cover the entrance/exit of the theatres because there is no gaming in the area. I'm guessing the thieves know this also because there is NO camera coverage of the bar dining area of this restaurant. Safety is generally taken for granted when eating out, but be warned. Unless you are a cash register, your well being is 100% in your own hands here.
As for the food portion of the review... we did order the war wonton soup to get started which came out while we were filling out an incident report. It was as good as any Chinese delivery restaurant, but the feeling like we were being an inconvenience for trying to report the theft probably killed my taste buds. We even had to wait for a manager to comp the soup because we didn't want to eat dinner there after dealing with security... or the lack of.
