rev:text	I joined this gym to do the express circuit. Every time I tried to workout there were multiple people using the circuit machines who were not doing the circuit. I contacted the manager over three times to discuss this issue and offered her suggestions to fix the issue. She told me "corporate" would not allow her to make any changes. I was basically told that I have to stop my workout and go tell the staff that there are people on the machines and they will come over to kick them off. I did this 2-5 times in a 30 minute workout and was often not able to complete my workout because people were using the last few machines. The staff would come over, however the people often refused to get off the machines or said they would and they did not. So it was a complete waste of time because the staff were afraid to tell them to get off. I was then told she would have staff come over and check the machines ever 30 minutes. That never happened either! The staff just stands around at the front and pays no attention to the express area. I don't feel that I should have to tell on people during my workout 2-5 times. There were two times that those people became upset with me and it almost ended in a fight. I should not be dealing with this frustration and hostility at the gym. They should not have an express circuit area if they do not enforce the rules or make the rules more known to members. Otherwise the gym was fine. This is the reason I joined and also the reason I quit.
