  • This place is a hot mess. Spotty customer service--depends on who you get. After finally getting a car, we left, thankful we were out of there. But 2 minutes down the road, the check engine light came on and we called only to have them ask "so what?" Well, I'm driving a long way and I'd like for the car not to break down in the middle of the desert...obviously. So they had me come back and switched out the car. The second time I went in, I waited for almost an hour for a car even though I'd picked out a specific pick up time online. They were non-apologetic, said the Phoenix Open was happening and that they were overbooked. When I asked if I could just get my money back and leave, they said sorry they couldn't do that. Annoying.
