  • The staff were nice and friendly and the salon was clean and tidy. I went in there so excited and amped to get my haircut but I came out with horrible results. I told the lady what length I wanted my hair cut, I showed her multiple pictures and how many inches. I fully described what I wanted very precisely and the result of my haircut was totally different from what I had described. I asked her to cut one inch off and she cut almost two or more inches off of my hair. I told her I wanted an A-line cut, with it being a little shorter in the back, longer in the front and she made it all one length. The lady did not listen to what I wanted, she only glanced at the pictures, just kept on brushing me off and did not take into consideration the haircut I wanted. I don't know about the other staff and how well they take instructions and actively listen but that lady did not listen. I would suggest trying to go to the male employee.
