  • Came in today to cancel my membership because I have moved on to Lifetime Fitness. The front desk person tells me only an "OM" can cancel memberships and that I would have to come tomorrow? They are in Monday through Friday supposedly. What the? What if I had a flight out tomorrow to go somewhere? Just inconvenient to members in my opinion.
