  • **UPDATED** LOLA is a cute salon with great energy, great products, and friendly staff. I had a less-than-stellar haircut a few months ago from one of the junior stylists, and left a review detailing my experience on Yelp. Jay, the salon owner, reached out immediately with a kind and thoughtful response. Most importantly, he let me know that it was a learning experience for the stylist -- he didn't make me feel guilty for my bad experience, and hopefully the same can be said for the stylist. While I can't speak to the skills of the rest of the staff, you can tell Jay is running a great salon and sees opportunities to teach in whatever way he can. Thanks again for everything, Jay!
