I have been here before and had great experiences until yesterday when I showed up for my 4:45 massage that I booked online (and they confirmed this time in an email). They had me booked for 4:15 and I told them no that was a mistake my appointment was for 4:45. They apologized and said sometimes technology screws up appointment times when they are booked online. They offered to rebook to waive the non cancellation fee which I thought was nervy since this wasn't my fault. The alternatives they offered me for yesterday were for me to wait an hour or to come back at 8 pm. I had been working all day so neither one of these was acceptable. I then rebooked for 5:30 today. I also told them that even if I had not rebooked I would not pay the fee since this technical problem was not my fault. I found the email when I got home confirming the 4:45 time and sent it to them and they still blamed it on the technology so I suggested they have their IT people look into this.
