  • This is a mortgage company that I got involved with in purchasing my first property. I ended up financing a four Plex in central Phoenix with primary residential mortgage. Primary residential mortgage has helped me tremendously through my journey of purchasing my first property. Primary residential mortgage has supported me , helped me and guided me through all the difficulties of buying a home. I successfully closed on this property last year and got an amazing deal on it. What impressed me the most was that they took the time to call me last week into update me on the interest rates to drop the last week and asked and educated me on refinancing my property. So right now I'm in the process of re-in financing my property and saving a whole bunch of money and getting a good deal on my interest rates not just that but I'm looking into buying another property with them since they were so loyal.
