  • DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! My mom hit a deer and the tow truck driver said he would bring here to Titan. We got our vehicle back and The Air Conditioner wasn't working, so we took it in to get it checked. Come to find out... there was NO OIL in the engine, NO FLUIDS at all and The COMPASS DOES NOT WORK, They LOST MY ANTENNA, The AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT BLOWING like it should, The FRONT COLLISION WARNING goes off at random times and when they had our vehicle, it was so hard to get any answers from Mike. We would call and the female would say he's not there. At one point, my mom called on one line and by caller ID, they knew it was her, a female told my mom Mike was not there and a few seconds after my mom got off the phone, my dad use his phone and ask for Mike and the same female that answered my mom call told my dad to hang on.... and YES, Mike got on the phone. I'm not happy at all with Mike and Titan Auto.... AVOID THIS PLACE.... I gave to pick a star rating.... 1 star is way to much for these guys...
