  • My primary physician was closed for the Memorial Day Holiday, therefore, I needed to look for an urgent care facility that was open on Memorial Day. I was lucky to find that the CareNow Urgent Care location in Southern Highlands was open. I was taken cared of as soon as I arrived and called in as soon as my paperwork was completed at the reception desk. The medical staff was very pleasant and Dr. Edward Clark was very professional and personable. He provided a good diagnosis of my influenza B flu symptoms and got me the prescriptions needed to get well within 2 days. This was a very positive experience utilizing the urgent care system when my primary physician is not available. I may be returning to CareNow Urgent Care at Southern Highlands in the future even if my primary care physician is available. Thank you Dr. Clark for a great experience at your facility. Everyone else, keep up the great work!
