I started service for one of my rentals with this company and pretty much from the first month the "office manager" messed up the balance on my account.
About a month ago I get a call saying that someone else's check had posted to my account for $40 so my bill will be $40 more or something like that. I get a bill for 59.95 with a credit of 40 (though I had paid 59.95 last month). I call and get same hoarse voiced woman on the phone who then realizes that I actually owe even more money than the number on my bill because she had messed up the "buy with me" credit from the very first month.
No apology about the confusion on my bills, no compromise to work with me since she's the one that made both the mistakes in the first place, AND she said something to the effect of I'm on crack?? I ended up hanging up the phone with her in hopes to get in touch with a more professional employee.
I sent them an "email" via the website asking anyone besides the "office manager" to please contact me regarding my existing account. SHE calls me saying she didn't want me to think they were ignoring me, and that she gets the emails. She offers to credit me the 19.95 (??? doesn't even make sense), and forget about the free month I got by mistake. Since it'd be a pain to look for another service and I had plans, I accepted. Although I was unhappy that she wouldn't let me explain why I paid 40 4 months ago, I continued service. A few weeks later I received an invoice for the next month with a 19.95 credit on it with the reason "credit customer very rude" on it. I closed my account with them.
