  • Used their service on 7/22. Ben came out and replaced my battery. 2 days later, my car wouldn't start. Left me stranded. Called and received a return phone call 2 hours later telling me to take my car into a Firestone Total Auto Care and that the battery is under warranty with them. Nice, huh? Gets better. Take it to Firestone on Stephanie and was told that it wouldn't start because whoever installed it, didn't connect the negative up tightly or correctly. Thanks Ben.
