  • One star is too generous, but could not give zero stars. BEWARE! Worst experience ever. Pay more if you value your stuff. About one-third of our items were damaged. They fraudulently charged us for 2000 pounds which we discovered upon making the delivery truck driver re-weigh our shipment when it reached its destination in another state. We were told that we would be refunded the difference, but to pay the driver the balance due. Skeptically we payed the driver so he would not hold out shipment hostage. The next day when we called for a refund on the fraudulently over charged shipment weight we were told that we would only receive a 25 dollar refund instead of the 1800 dollars we were told the day before. Complete scam. Next when we began to address our broken items they stated they would pay based on weight of the items which they totally gave very light bogus weights for the items. For example our 300 pound entertainment center was given a weight of 50 pounds by oasis. A year later we have yet to receive any refund for the fraudulent weight overcharge or broken items. This company is crooked and is really only good at one thing, scamming and committing fraud against its customers. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake and steer very clear of this unethical company.
