On 12/31/2011, I went to Right Honda for an oil change. When I pull up I ask the service guy what specials he has (as we've done with every oil change for all 3 vehicles we've purchased there). He's quick to tell me, "No specials, the price is $32.95." I said, are you sure because I specifically remember an advertisement for like 20 bucks? Nope he says. So while I'm waiting, I pull up their website. Sure enough $19.95 oil change special!!! When I brought this to their attention, they pleaded ignorance! Oh Steven Sellers (service advisor) is fairly new, maybe he wasn't aware and our website has been down. They honored the reduced price but never apologized. Then after sharing my experience on facebook, a friend of mine informed me that her husband was just there the day before for an oil change and he was charged $19.95 without even knowing about or asking for any specials. I guess auto dealerships get their bad reputation for a reason. They might be all the same but we will be taking our business elsewhere!
