  • Make sure you go to Bouchon Bakery during the week. The food seems to be made fresh daily during the week, but the weekend seems to be leftovers from Friday's batch. We went on a Friday AM and a Saturday AM and the quality was vastly different. The beignet on Thursday was the best I had ever had and the cheese danish was fantastic. On Friday, the danish and the brioche were both very subpar.
