| - Le Couteau is a small little hip cafe located off of St. Denis. There aren't really any signs, but just look for the building that has a side brick wall of a knife painting, as well as a knife sign printed on their front glass window. Inside, it's bright, with some wooden tables and benches, and some counter seating in the back. The menu offers coffee, teas, and lattes - I had a cup of espresso, and the hubs tried one of the croissants. The espresso was strong, but very bitter; the croissant was cold and dry, and not buttery and soft at all. There were many who brought work with them or were studying, and some groups were catching up. There's free wi-fi, in which the information is listed on their business 'postcard' by the cashier.
