I purchased the living social voucher also. I scheduled a day and time. When the day and time came, no one showed. I waited an extra hour thinking maybe they were delayed in traffic. Then I called,. Marjorie says oh I thought you got a call from us. I say no. She then says she is ill and in the hospital. I say oh so sorry. She offers for me to reschedule. I am polite and do so. Then when we reschedule and again no show, I call. She says she was well, but is now back in the hospital and had another major surgery. I feel bad for her, so agree to wait until she is well. She gives me a time to call her back. I call her numerous times with no answer. This is a business? Shouldn't there be someone to answer the calls and return the numerous messages I left? Finally, I use a different phone and call. I receive Marjorie who again is in the hospital. She says she is trying to hire someone and please understand this is her business. I understand, I feel bad for her, but why can no one return calls that have been made for the past month? I call living social and tell them to please refund my money. So, sorry Marjorie for your illness and hope you are better. With a business you must have a response to messages and clients.even if it is a neighbor or just an answer ,machinethat says you are ill. If you are scheduled to be somewhere you must be certain that you are there or that you indeed cancelled. No response is unacceptable.
