  • I had an appointment for installation and they never showed up. Rescheduled and they didn't show up again so I called and cancelled my order. Very disrespectful to waste my time. Two months later I get a bill for $140 for internet service and installation fees. I'm on hold again trying to get this straightened out. I've been transferred twice. Every time I have to call them it takes at least 45 minutes on hold. Worst company ever!! I have net now through LV.net haven't had any problems with them.
