I have a Lhasa Apso with allergies that keep him up at night as well as the family. I took him to another vet four times and was given the same meds. Finally I needed other answers because he was so miserable and was really stinky (my poor baby). I made an appt with NBAH and we had an appt two days out. When we first got there we were greeted at the door, someone talked to us and checked us in, took my dogs weight and put us in a room. Also when you first walk in they have this board with your pets name on it as to say "we are happy to see...(dogs name). I thought that was so cute. Ok so we get in the room and again they write welcome (dogs name). This may seem small to some but I loved it. So knowing the front desk was like that I knew the Dr's were awesome. My dog saw the Dr and her assistant and as soon as she saw him she diagnosed him, (right on) wrote everything on the board (medicine and treatment) and finished the examine. They treat dogs like family. They talk to them they are patient and they even apologize when they have to check their temperature. (LOL) but to make a long story short, we were sent home with 4 different allergy meds and an ear drop, he was given an allergy shot while there and we left with no questions to ask and I was thrilled. Two days later I noticed a huge difference in my dog, they also called and checked on him and our follow-up appt was even better. If you live in this area I recommend you check them out. Oh! if you're military, first responder you get a discount! Also I now use their grooming (no discount for that service) and Sarah is awesome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NBAH. *My dog approves of this message*
