  • This place needs some work. We recently stayed here and usually I like Bally's except this time around. We came in Vegas and it was pouring rain. To vallet your car is $18 per day now and $10 each day to self park. If you are a platinum card holder or higher then your fee is waived and you don't have to pay. They were short on staff and bell men or were very slow as we had to wait outside our car for about 5 minutes. Someone finally came with a bell hop and the guy was very rude. He made me help him with the bags and didn't say anything and ripped the ticket and gave it to me. He then moved behind our car with our stuff and stacked other people's luggage onto our luggage...we had stuff in our bags that were fragile... We wait in a short line where the front desk lady is taking forever laughing with a couple. Took about 10 minutes and it wasn't busy. We checkin to our room which was very hard to find and we almost got lost. Our safe was dented in and our view was the above parking lot and a short piece of the strip which sucked. The gambling was pretty bad besides one night I did okay and got lucky on one machine. My sister had her 21st bday here in the suite and the suite was okay. It didn't come with a large trash can so we had to bring our own bags for a party. The pool table was abused by previous people. The sticks were all broken besides 2 of them. The carpet had blue chalk stains on it. The red pool table felt was off and bumpy. 2 of the far corner pockets were literally taped on together so when I would shoot the balls into them they would fly up and out of the table! The balcony doors were locked so we couldn't even go outside. There were matches and ash trays everywhere but I don't think you could smoke in there so we didn't...for 2k it was a waste of money because of the service and the actual place... The waitresses ALL expect a tip every time you order a drink, even a water...it is not mandatory to tip. These women get payed hourly plus tips which is more than most of us make. Excuse me if I want 3 oz of water for "free" while I'm loosing $900 on a slot machine all night... The restaurants in here were super overpriced. $20 for a burger, $20 nachos, $18 drinks.... When my sister and her friends wanted to have fun for her 21st on the card tables they were very rude to her and her friends. They would stare at her I.D. For about 5 minutes, put it down and deal the cards to others until they got them verified. That took a total of 30 minutes! When they complained to the pit boss they didn't do anything about it. The dealers were really rude and wouldn't let them order any drinks or go anywhere... when they finally said okay you girls can play they didn't want to anymore and they left...what a waste! The pool really sucked here and was super far. The pool had no scenery except a tram on top we could look at. The sun wasn't out and there were more kids than adults here splashing around us and being rude. The parents didn't say anything of course because parents are terrible now a days and don't discipline there children and let them control THEM! We go to checkout and they charged me for the wifi even though I payed the entire weekend and the resort fees. It includes 2 devices. It's just my girlfriend and I staying here. When I called the front desk to ask about the $14.99 charge for wifi he tried to make it seem like there was a 3rd device. I told him it was literally me and her and that's it, we didn't even have any friends come to our room.... he made me wait and then waived the charges and they just charged me for the resort fees. Finally, we go to leave and I got my parking ticket and the valet guy is getting my car after our weekend. I told him thank you and he just stood there staring at me with his hand out...again, it is NOT mandatory to tip especially when it is not $18 per day to park. Again I said thank you...and he still stood at me and said "Thank you," "Thank you" "yeah...I heard you I heard you...thank you thank you" VERY RUDELY and stared me down as he walked to the next car and drove off staring me down....like come on. I didn't have any money on me because we had lost and they already drained the living soul out of us and now we are getting it from a valet guy that again makes decent money. IT IS NOT MANDATORY!!!! Bally's, I am sorry but I am NOT Staying here again. Even the casino machines are very Tight! They didn't even have a buffet here or a night club.... Perris next time for sure!
