  • Checking into the hotel was a cluster because there were a group of people just standing around the small lobby blocking/hiding the entry to the line to the front desk. There were a lot of people trying to find the line to check in and there was only one employee working at the desk. Once I finally got my room and walked in, it smelled so bad, like old dirty socks! I tried to get ice, but the ice machine was not working on my floor, so I had to get ice on a different floor. The employees all seem uptight because they're not very friendly or helpful! If you're thinking about staying here, I'd suggest you look for another place.
