  • Being a native of Las Vegas, Thrifty's used to be around town growing up. There was one on Jones near Spring Mountain for years. You could get ice cream scoops for 15, 25, or 35 cents. This new location is ok overall, but not memorable. I may go again one day, but much prefer other businesses.
