  • I've always been skeptical in getting my car serviced to shops in town. Always had at least a bad experience doesn't matter how big it was. Here, at Hercules', it's been like hearing the angels. Best service ever. Hercules listen to you and before doing anything he tells you what's going on so that you can make your choice without feeling pressure. When he talks to you he looks at you and trust me this is no small things. From the way people look at you you can tell/sense if they are bsing you or not. However, I want to share my last experience I had with him with you: on a Friday night after leaving a bar, I got into my car just to discover seconds after that I had two flat tires. Slowly I drove to Hercules' shop and parked the car there leaving a message on the dashboard. Saturday and Sunday the shop is closed. So I got ready to call first thing on a Monday morning, right at opening time. Hercules answered and not even a minute after I found out the job was already completed. He just made my day. If you see what I mean and you take a minute to read all other reviews, you will soon realize why Hercules and his shop is rated 5*. A rare gem in a city of a caliber of Toronto. Super impressed. Hercules has a new client! God bless.
