  • Turned in my 60 day notice, and they told me no, this is a 30 day notice. I said todays date to May 1st is 60 days. Then Im told no, a 60 day notice needs turned in on your lease end date. Who does this, no other apartment complex's do. Im moving out after my lease is up, and given a 60 day notice. I have fulfilled my lease agreement, now honor your end. You would gain no extra time to inspect and list 60 days after my lease! Enjoy my extra money Im having to give to you for this 10% surcharge.
