  • The restaurant name itself should be enticing enough for everyone to stop by to figure out what it means. It turned out "Kim Long" means "Golden Dragon" in Chinese and Pho is obviously Vietnamese. The end result of this place is some freaking good Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. We came here as a big group and got to order a great selection of dishes to try. Some of the highlights are their Stir- Fry Diced Beef cubes, Salt and Pepper fried Pork Chop, BBQ pork, Drunk Man Noodles, and deep fried spring rolls. Unfortunately, I did not get to try their Pho as I was holding my sleeping son so I only got 1 hand available to eat. If I ever get to return to Vegas with a car, I would love to try this place again! It is open 24/7 so that means I can be here post-show :)
