  • If negative stars were available, I would certainly place them here! This is a location where customer service is considered a "favor" and no one takes responsibility for poor professionalism! From sales representatives to store management, moving through Ulta's echelon will not help you rectify terrible customer service or blatant disrespect. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Sephora--they're located inside of JC Penny; their sales associates are polished & poised, they are interested in selling you beauty products, answering your questions, and NOT sending you to Sally Beauty Supply! Remember: If you walk into a retailer and no one acknowledges you, you should walk out! If you contact management and they proceed with excuses and an overall irresponsible-disinterest, you should never return! That's all.
