I went to get my Chevy inspected here about a month ago (I have 100k warranty from Chevy, so I always go to dealer even though it's more expensive thinking I get better treatment. Boy was I wrong).
I sat in the waiting room from 9-5 when they told me it would be an hour. They attempted the usual overselling of unnecessary services, but I'm ok with that. It's expected.
After I left the dealership from a routine inspection and tire change, I parked my car and came out 10 mins later. It would not start totally dead. I call the service desk and he immediately says rudely, "We did not touch anything to do with that. It's on you."
He eventually sends 2 kids that basically clean cars to come check out my car. They are clueless and I waste another 1.5 hours with them. They bring me back to the dealership where I'm greeting by the rude serviceman again blaming me. He finally agrees to have a mechanic drive me back down and take a look. The mechanic confirms that it is really messed up etc. ok 3 hours later now... Then he tries to tell me I have to pay for the tow back to Chevy, labor, etc.
He was incredibly rude and if I didn't lose my cool and stick up for myself he would have grossly taken advantage of me for another $1,000.
I would recommend to never go to the dealer in Dormont. Drive another 10 miles to the next one! I wish I could rate them 0 stars!
