I already lost all my respect for Lyft when I get involved in an accident with a Lyft driver who is just so rude and unprofessional. Talked down on me in very rude tone when I kindly ask him if he was alright or if he was hurt. It's a very minor bumper scratch, no one was injured, but the lyft driver insist on calling the police because he said it's Lyft policy to call cops in any kind of accident, so 2 hours later, police finally came and even told us "wow, I was expecting something worse". The driver started smoking 3~4 times during these time and I kindly told him I was allergic to smoke and he just told me "why don't you get back into your own car" with a funny accent, absolutely unprofessional. Funny thing is, had him been willing to just exchange the insurance information, he would have earn more money during these 2 hours instead of waiting for cops. If this is the kind of driver Lyft hired, , it tells you a lot about this company. I will never ever take a ride from Lyft knowing the kind of driver they hired.
